As you surely have realized by now – instead of posting a new Heretic dispatch every two days, I have slowed down to about one post every two weeks… I fell off the wagon.
It is all too easy to get caught up in a million little things which seemingly require your attention, put yourself in a hamster wheel and just run ragged and justify it all as being busy. But you know – the good kind of busy.
Also, of course, we are busy. We launched radical; personally, I spent much time on the road speaking and teaching, we are working on new content, we work on a million and one projects at the same time and try to carve out some time for ourselves.
However, somehow it sometimes doesn’t feel overly satisfying – as we compromise on the things we love and care about. We are busy, we might even be successful – but we might miss the things which matter to us.
With that being said – and the year coming to an end, I think it is the perfect time to take stock, figure out what truly matters for the business and for us and create (and protect) the space for the meaningful stuff. The stuff that moves the needle and fulfills us.
I put together a list of things which matter – and will do my utmost best to protect the time needed to get these things done.
