Fear Irrelevance More Than Failure

I got this one from Regina Dugan, who heads up Google’s Advanced Technology and Projects Group (which is different to Google [x]).

Failure is painful. As it should be. But never forget:

It’s more important to fail at something that matters than to succeed at something that doesn’t.

Pick something worth while doing and don’t fear failure. It comes with the territory. But without you trying nothing will ever be achieved.
