I’ve been thinking a lot about how to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs after returning from my recent trip to Germany where I had the amazing opportunity to speak in front of hundreds of international students about doing something meaningful in your life.
After reflecting on why I became a serial entrepreneur and so deeply believe in the power of entrepreneurship I realized that it’s mostly due to my upbringing (my dad was an entrepreneur himself and taught me to always do what my heart tells me to do) and some amazing mentors early in my life — most prominent of all my first boss (Archi!) who not only was a hardcore hands-on entrepreneur out of the textbook but also inspired me to follow into his footsteps. I am who I am today to a large degrees because of these two people.
I strongly believe that we need these two things to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs. The ones who will change the world. The ones who will make things better.
